SUMMARY

This page will cover a very high level of project management. First question to answer is 'what is a project?'. "A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result." - PMBOK® Guide. Projects are more successful and usually cost less if planned correctly. Proper project planning will help you control your costs, your time, and your sanity. We can help you determine the best path forward, before pouring your resources into unneeded and unwanted endeavors. To help you, we would like to initially offer you a free 30 minute consulting to get you started on the right path.

Planning
